Terms of Sale
The small print for tickets: payment, refunds, transfers and changes to the program.
Payment
Prices include VAT. Tickets are confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
Refunds and transfers
Tickets are fully refundable until 13 April 2027. Transfers to another person are free until 6 May 2027.
Changes to the program
Speakers occasionally cancel. We’ll replace sessions with something of equal quality and won’t offer refunds for individual program changes. If the event itself is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full.
