Onstage is built so you change content in the CMS and brand in the styles panel. You shouldn’t need to touch a single layer to launch your event.
Rebrand in five minutes
01
Accent colour
Assets → Colors → Accent. Change it (and its dark value). Every button, link hover, active filter and tag updates. Accent Soft is the tinted background for tags; pick a pale version of your accent.
02
Fonts
Assets → Text Styles. Display styles use Mona Sans; body styles use Inter. Swap the family in Display/Poster, Display/Title, Display/Number and Heading/L–S, then Body/L–S, Label and Data.
03
Logo and name
Edit the wordmark in the Navigation component and the big wordmark in the Main layout template (footer). Replace the favicon and social image in Site Settings.
04
Event facts
Search the project for “13–14 May” and “Lisbon” to find the hero, key facts strip, nav meta, footer and the mobile ticket bar.
Edit your content in the CMS
05
Sessions
Each session has a Day, Start/End (shown), Starts At/Ends At (date + time in UTC, used for calendar links and “your time”), Room, Track, Format, Level and Speakers. Breaks use Format = Break.
06
Speakers and Tracks
Tick Featured to show a speaker on the home page. Order controls sorting. Tracks power the schedule and speaker filters.
07
Tickets
Set Price, Was Price (0 hides it), Status (Sold out swaps the button for a label), Featured (tinted card + ribbon), Includes (a list) and Checkout Link.
08
Sponsors, FAQ, News, Events, Pages
Sponsor Tier picks the section. FAQ Category groups questions; Show on Home picks the six on the home page. Pages holds Code of Conduct, Privacy and Terms.
Connect ticketing and forms
09
Ticketing
Paste your Tito, Eventbrite, Luma or Stripe Payment Link URL into each ticket’s Checkout Link. Buttons open it in a new tab. For an embedded widget, add an Embed component to the Tickets page.
10
Newsletter and contact forms
Select each form → Send To → Email, Webhook (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Zapier) or Google Sheets. Nothing is connected out of the box.
11
Countdown
Open the code file Countdown_Overrides.tsx and change TARGET and TIME_ZONE at the top. The countdown hides itself after the deadline.
12
Add to calendar and SEO
Select an Add to Calendar instance and set title, start, end and timezone. Edit the Event Schema instance at the bottom of the home page so Google shows your event correctly.
Before you publish
13
Event status
Change “Tickets on sale” in the hero badge, and the countdown copy, as your event moves from announced → on sale → sold out → live → ended.
14
Page titles
Each page has its own SEO title and description in Page Settings. CMS detail pages use the item’s title automatically.
15
Delete this page
Delete Start Here and remove its footer link.
16
Accessibility
Keep alt text on images, keep one H1 per page, and check that your accent colour has at least 4.5:1 contrast with white button text.
