We want everyone who wants to be at Onstage to be able to come, take part and enjoy it. These are the commitments we’re making for 2027.

• Live captions on both stages and on the livestream

• Step-free access to every room, with lifts and accessible toilets on each floor

• A quiet room on level 1, open all day

• Reserved seating near the front of both stages

• A named contact for access requests, with a reply within two working days

Ask us anything

Email access@onstage.example or tick the box at checkout. If something on this list doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll try to fix it.
